国务院总理李克强6月26日主持召开国务院常务会议，决定扩大高职院校奖助学金覆盖面、提高补助标准并设立中等职业教育国家奖学金。

In order to promote the improvement of human resources quality and cultivate more skilled personnel, the meeting decided to combine the promotion of higher vocational education, starting from this year,

The number of national scholarship awards for higher vocational colleges has increased from 5,000 to 15,000;

为促进人力资源素质提升、培养更多技能人才，会议决定，结合高职扩招，从今年开始，

对高职院校国家奖学金奖励名额由5000人增至1.5万人；

National motivational scholarship coverage increased to 3.3%;

国家励志奖学金覆盖面提高至3.3%；

The national bursary coverage has been expanded to 23.7%, and the average subsidy standard has been raised from 3,000 yuan per year to 3,300 yuan per year, and the student subsidy standards for undergraduate colleges have been simultaneously raised.

国家助学金覆盖范围扩大至23.7%，平均补助标准从每生每年3000元提高至3300元，并同步提高本科院校学生补助标准。

At the same time, the National Scholarship for Secondary Vocational Education will be established, with an annual rate of 6,000 yuan per year, and 20,000 will be awarded annually from this year.

同时，设立中职教育国家奖学金，按每生每年6000元标准，从今年起每年奖励2万人。

The above policies treat all types of vocational colleges, including public and private, equally.

上述政策对包括公办、民办在内的各类职业院校一视同仁。
